House and disco legends stage HIV benefit at Ministry of Sound

Sunday 27 November will see many of the names originally associated with Ministry Of Sound returning to the venue for a special all-day event in support of HIV charities.

A Night In Paradise is being staged as a tribute to the legendary Paradise Garage - the club that inspired Ministry Of Sound in the first place. Tickets cost £20/£25 in advance or £30 on the door, and all proceeds will go to two HIV/AIDS charities, namely the UK's Terrence Higgins Trust and New York's Gay Men's Health Crisis.

In The Box, you'll find Jellybean Benitez, David Depino & Joey Llanos, Victor Rosado and Severino spinning back-to-back Paradise Garage classics from the years 1977-1987, wht a special guest PA that's still to be announced. In 103, MoS veterans Paul 'Trouble' Anderson, Fat Tony, CJ Mackintosh, Jazzy M, Ricky Morrison, Justin Berkmann and Jeremy B host 'Ministry of Sound - The First Ten Years', while in the Baby Box there's a 'Handsome Dance Party' starring Terry Farley, DJ Paulette, HiFi Sean, Dave Kendrick and Jamie Bull.

So if dancing to classic house, garage and disco on a Sunday afternoon while raising funds to fight HIV sounds like fun to you, you know where to go!
