Remixes come from DJ Spen and Alaia & Gallo

Kyoto Jazz Massive founder Shuya Okino teams up with vocalist Navasha Daya to cover a Rose Royce disco-era classic here, and the results are nothing less than sensational.

There are three mixes to choose from. My personal favourite is actually the original, which starts out in fairly archetypal soulful house territory - all soaring disco strings, warm organic bass and full-lunged diva vox - but breaks out into proper all-out jazz ker-raziness towards the end. If you find that mix hard to programme, though, then there's also a more straight-ahead driving rub from Alaia & Gallo that'll play well in bigger rooms, and a slightly more stripped-n-strutty pass from DJ Spen.

Proof, were any required, that the soulful house scene can still throw up some proper peaktime stompers now and then!
