The single's out tomorrow, backed by 'Yes No'

Our second exclusive track premiere this week comes from Kenny Summit's LA-based house label Good For You Records, as iDJ brings you the first chance to hear Who's Gonna Save Me by Lisa Jane. It's out as a single tomorrow (27 March), accompanied by Yes No.

Citing the likes of Dimitri From Paris, Joey Negro and Dr Packer as influences alongside classic soul and disco, Lisa Jane – real name Lisa Grikevicius – only started DJing five years ago, but she's certainly been making up for lost time, with high-profile gigs in Leeds, London, Brighton and Manchester, and her own Nothing But The Beat show on React Radio. She describes her sound as "funk, disco and house blended with a tougher, late-night edge".

Lisa made her production debut with Funked On Acid on In It Together Records last year. Now she comes to Good For You with two quite different tracks. Yes No is the more overtly disco/funk-leaning of the two, but it was the A-side Who's Gonna Save Me that caught out ears the most – a classically-styled houser with deep, funky, tech AND soulful elements, not to mention the kind of piano chords that have been inspiring a Pavlovian arm-raising reaction on dancefloors for over 30 years!
