The single's out on Monday on Jones's own Soba Records label

We've got another great track exclusive for you today, as iDJ proudly premieres The Songlines by Congellous. It's out as a single on his own Soba Records this Monday (22 January), backed by the more languid Delicious.

Congellous is the latest project from UK DJ/producer Stanley T Jones. A dancefloor veteran of legendary rave haunts such as Quadrant Park, Shelly's and The Eclipse, Jones cut his teeth DJing and promoting his own night, Evolution, in north Wales. He made the move into production in the late 90s, releasing under a variety of aliases including Orange Kush and 60Hz (not to be confused with Amon Tobin's project of the same name) on breakbeat labels such as Botchit & Scarper.

More recently he's moved back into full-time production under the name Congellous, now working in the house and techno arena. And his latest offering is The Songlines, which blends Italo and prog influences to create an epic, pulsating cut that's got a distinctly summery feel - just what you need when half the UK's knee-deep in snow!
