The 'Nature/Space EP' is out today on THNK TNK Records

The track exclusives keep on coming this week, and today's offering is this aptly-titled, tech-tinged deep house jam coming to you all the way from that currently most musical fertile of US cities, Denver, Colorado. Space, taken from the Nature/Space EP, is the work of US producer 8150, AKA Josh Castillo.

The Nature/Space EP is the ninth release from THNK TNK Records, the label set up by two Denver-based musicians and producers called James Harmon and Eric David in the hope of building, in their words, "a group of adept and creative individuals who coalesce to build each other as artists through positive teachings and actions, instead of tearing each other down in the process of making it to the upper echelon". A noble aim, we're sure you'll agree!

The other side of the EP, Nature, is in a similar vein, but with a slightly heftier bottom-end. Like Space, it features a sampled, spoken male vocal - in Nature's case a hip-hop producer talking about the early days of his career - and to be fair, we liked both tracks, but if pushed Space just nudges it for us. See what you think...

Like that? Then find THNK TNK Records on Soundcloud, Facebook and Twitter, or buy the EP here.

*UPDATE 13/10: A previous version of this story incorrectly attributed the Nature/Space EP to label boss James Harmon. This was due to incorrect information received and has now been amended.
