Krafted boss Paul Sawyer drops a single-track release that's already finding favour with the scene's big hitters

Named after the Greek god of the sea, this track has already had plenty of DJ support over the last few months from the likes of Solarstone, Aly & Fila, Tripswitch, Kölsch and Dubfire.

Something of a departure from Paul’s usual sound, Poseidon is a progressive houser that starts with a kick and a fast echoed clap then builds slowly, with the lead line increasing in volume backed by an ethereal riser. The bassline is another hook in itself and sounds great in tandem with the main lead, which really gets under your skin. Like a lot of great dance tracks, the formula is very simple but great effort has gone into the actual production - something which has not gone unnoticed by the great and the good, as mentioned previously! Solarstone likes the track so much he's including it in the Dolby Atmos set for his forthcoming world tour.

To my ears Poseidon has the potential to be one of the biggest tracks of the summer, so checking it out ASAP is highly recommended.
