All proceeds from sales of the album will go to the War Child charity, which works with child victims of conflict
Toolroom
Records boss Mark Knight has unveiled a major new project in the form
of A Year In The Life, a documentary film accompanied by a 14-track
album, with all proceeds going to charity.
The
charity in question is War Child, which was set up in the early 90s
to help child victims of the conflict in Bosnia, and has been helping
out kids wounded, bereaved or displaced in wars around the world ever
since. The A Year In The Life film documents, well, a year in Mark's life
as he travels around the world being a superstar DJ - and you can
watch it below, because that bit doesn't cost anything.
But
if you like the film, then please do think about buying the album. It's
got 14 tracks, all of which involve Knight either as producer,
co-producer or remixer, with Cevin Fisher, Prok & Fitch, Coyu &
Ramiro Lopez, The Fog, Harry Romero and Adrian Hour also featuring.
It costs a mere £5.99. And most importantly, you'll be helping some
kids that really can't help themselves.
