Junction 2 take over London's Tobacco Dock on 28/29 August
As you're probably already aware, this year's Junction 2 festival – which normally takes place in Boston Manor Park, London in June – once more had to be called off due the coronavirus pandemic. Last year, organisers LWE staged a virtual event called J2V in its place, But this year, with the end of social distancing regulations in sight, they've announced a two-day event at Tobacco Dock called Junction 2: Inner City instead.
Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 August are the dates for your diary, and the party will be taking place across all four of Tobacco Dock's arenas – the Great Gallery, Little Gallery, Terrace and Car Park – with the full line-ups for each day as follows:
Sat 28 Aug
Jon Hopkins (DJ set)
Maceo Plex (four-hour set)
Sun 29 Aug
Bradley Zero B2B Yu Su
Charlotte De Witte
Maribou State (DJ)
There will be official afterparties both nights at fabric (line-ups TBA).
While the line-up has only just been revealed, Junction 2: Inner City itself was announced some time ago, but there are still tickets available: the final batch go on sale on Tuesday 18 March. To get involved, register your email at Junction 2's own website.
