Southampton's biggest dance music festival takes place on 28 September
Docklands Festival comes to Southampton's Hoglands Park on 28 September, with more than 50 acts booked to perform across three stages, including some of the biggest names in global dance music. Patrick Topping, Alan Fitzpatrick, Andy C, Pete Tong, Wilkinson, My Nu Leng, Sub Focus, Jaguar Skills and GW Harrison are among the artists confirmed for what will be the region's biggest ever rave, which is brought to you by local promoters Dirty Box Productions.
The 10,000-capacity festival site will contain a fairground, a variety of eating options, giant speaker stacks and confetti explosions, as well as visual displays at each of the three specially designed stages. The stages will each showcase different sounds and genres, with the main stage being taken over by Southampton nightclub Switch and focusing on techno and EDM, the bass and garage stage hosting clubbing franchise Foreverland, and the third stage being taken over by drum & bass events company On A Mission.
The inner city festival – the largest ever held in Southhampton – will take place over 10 hours. For more information, or to buy tickets, see the festival website.
