2 Bit Thugs

Remixes come from Jero Nougues and Alexander Saykov

Greek producer Fourkis serves up some mellow vibes for Adel 'BiG AL' Ghandour's boutique deep house imprint Haute Musique here.

Lovers In The Sky itself gets the ball rolling, a dreamy, laidback affair built with summer loungin' in mind. Rising Argentinian producer Jero Nougues then brings us a remix that keeps things nice and deep but, compared to the original, in more of a 'blissed out on the dancefloor at 5am' than a 'lazin' by the poolside' kinda way.

The other original cut featured is Passenger At Night. In its Original form, this is a slow-burning cut best suited to warm-up or post-club play, with an understated, stuttered bassline, gently surging pads and some lovely jazzy Rhodes licks, while Alexander Saykov serves up an even more chilled-out refix that dispenses with the beats entirely for the first minute and a half.

One for lovers of the seriously deep only, perhaps - but if that's you, you're gonna love this.
