Don't worry, though - it's the club night, not the insects

... and it's DEFINITELY not those nasty little red fire ants they have in Texas. Phew!

Ibiza party-starters ANTS are making their way to the UK in December.

ANTS was started by Swiss DJ Andrea Oliva, and since 2013 has hosted Saturdays at Ushuia in Ibiza. The daytime party proudly claims to be "Ushuia's only underground residency" and has seen visits by the likes of DJ Sneak, Kölsch, Uner, Waze & Odyssey, Maya Jane Coles, Nic Fanciulli, Joris Voorn and many more.

And now they're bringing their gloriously OTT party production skills to Manchester and Bristol here in the UK. Friday 2 December will find them at The Warehouse Project in Manchester, where Oliva will be joined by Groove Armada, Joris Voorn, Eli & Fur, Francisco Allendes and Kölsch. After that, they head to Motion in Bristol on Saturday 17 December, where Oliva, Allendes and Voorn will be joined by DJ Tennis.

ANTS are famed for their pyrotechnics, dancers and general knack of combining high-gloss clubbing with serious house grooves, so these two parties should be well worth checking out...
