EDM from the likes of Van Buuren and Axwell rules the main stage, while dirty house and techno rock the Sunn Arena
Wednesday
9 December will see the second annual 808 Festival taking place in
Bangkok, Thailand. The inaugural event last year was a roaring
success, and this year they're returning to the BITEC Convention
Center with an even bigger line-up.
In
the main 808 Arena, EDM and trance are the order of the day, with
Armin Van Buuren heading a bill that also includes Axwell ^ Ingrosso,
Jack U (aka Skrillex and Diplo), Oliver Heldens and Porter Robinson.
In the Sunn Arena, meanwhile, more underground sounds will come from
Claude Von Stroke, Jamie Jones and Sharam, supported by an array of
local talent.
At
time of writing tickets were still available, priced ฿2,500
(£46 approx), so if you're in the area, head over to
www.808festival.com or find them at facebook.com/808edm
