The Bristol festival takes place on 23 and 24 May

This year sees Bristol festival Love Saves The Day once more taking over the city's Eastville Park for two days in late May, and the first names for this year's event have just been announced.

On the Saturday, rave survivors Orbital headline the main stage, with support from DJ EZ, Gorgon City, Krept & Konan, Young T & Bugsey and more. The Centre Stage, hosted by Catch & Release, welcomes Fisher, Skream, Folamour, Afrodeutsche and Bill, while Kings of the Rollers, Shy FX, MC Dynamite, Flava D and Joker are among the star attractions in the Lonely Hearts Club, which will be hosted by The Blast. The Paradiso stage will be hosted by Crack magazine, while on the Brouhaha Stage you'll find Mella Dee's Warehouse Music, with Mella Dee himself, Paranoid London (live), Moxie, Willow and Manami.

Moving on to the Sunday, Kano, Little Simz, Ghetts, My Nu Leng and more take over the main stage, while Love International host the Centre Stage and bring Peggy Gou, DJ Harvey, Job Jobse, Felix Dickinson and Ellie Strokes with them. In the Lonely Hearts Club it's another D&B extravaganza, this time with hosts Run bringing Andy C, Roni Size, MC Dynamite, Camo & Crooked, MC Jakes and more, while the Musu-hosted Paradise welcomes Helena Hauff, Call Super and Craig Richards B2B Nicolas Lutz, among others. Finally, Sunday on the Brouhaha Stage belongs to Hold Tight, whose guests include Goldie, Kahn & Neek and Plastician.

With plenty of big names on offer there and more still to come, this year's Love Saves The Day – which will be the last one held in Eastville Park before the festival moves to its new home at Ashton Court (a stately home and grounds to the north of the city) from 2021 onwards – looks like being a blinder. And accordingly, tickets are going fast – click here to get yours before they sell out completely!
