First release will be the 'Start With A Little EP' from the Housekeeping bosses themselves
Over the past few years, Housekeeping have made a name for themselves as party promoters both in Ibiza and the UK. Now, they're capitalising on that success with the launch of their own record label, Housekeeping Records.
Fresh from their third summer residency at Blue Marlin Ibiza and a closing slot on the Bollywood stage at Bestival, Housekeeping founders Taylor McWilliams, Jacobi, Sebastian MDH and Carl Waxberg have been labouring away in the studio, with the first fruit of their labours the Start With A Little EP.
Credited simply to Housekeeping, it's a three-track affair that spans a range of house styles, in keeping with their stated musical policy of "creating hedonistic vibes with a mix of deep, soulful, tech, house and techno". The EP's out on 21 October, and as befits a promotions-based company they're throwing a launch party at Koko in Camden, London on 22 October.
