Boomtown Fair 2018 is at the Matterley Estate, Winchester on 9-12 August

The first 200 names (including all the main headliners) have been announced for this year's Boomtown Fair, which takes place at Winchester's Matterley Estate on 9-12 August.

The headliners are an eclectic bunch, with Gorillaz, Die Antwoord, Sleaford Mod and Morcheeba joined by artists as diverse as nu-metal survivors Limp Bizkit, reggae legend Jimmy Cliff and alt-rockers Enter Shikari. And things are just as eclectic lower down the bill: names that may be of particular interest to iDJ readers include Goldie & The Heritage Orchestra, Dub Pistols, Nubiyan Twist, Eats Everything, Paul Woolford, Ed Rush & Optical, Lenny Dee, Dillinja, Plastician, DJ Zinc, Kenny Ken, Ragga Twins, Purple Disco Machine, B.Traits, Chopstick Dubplate, Stereo MCs, The Herbaliser, Jesse Perez, Charlotte de Witte, DJ Marky, LTJ Bukem, Lady Leshurr and Redlight, but there's also room for everyone from Soul II Soul and Jah Wobble's Invaders Of The Heart to Billy Bragg and Foreign Beggars.

With 27 stages to choose from at Boomtown, there are still plenty more names to be announced between now and August, but if you want to get a ticket now you can do so by clicking here, with Tier 3 tickets currently still available at £216.
